Terms of Service

Payment

A 5.6% processing fee is applied to all commissions and adoptables to cover transaction costs.

Once I confirm a commission with the client, I will send an invoice. Since I work on multiple pieces simultaneously and adjust my queue as needed, upfront payment is required.Payments are accepted in USD through PayPal.No eChecks.Commission prices are subject to change.
VR Commissions: A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due when the model reaches 25% completion. Model files and the final package will only be released once full payment has been received.

Commissions

Hourly Rate: $30.00

Commission turnaround time may vary from 2–3 weeks to over a month, depending on my workload and other projects. I greatly appreciate your patience!

Once the WIP sketch is approved, I will not make significant changes to the scene or character. However, I will correct any mistakes if I have overlooked something.

Characters with complex patterns, detailed outfits, extra limbs, or other intricate features may incur additional costs. (This also applies to YCH.)

Please ensure you are familiar with my art style before commissioning me.

Once your commission is completed, you may re-upload it anywhere as long as I am credited.

Commissioners must provide characters that they own. I will not work with stolen or copied designs, if this occurs, I will refuse any future commissions from the client.

My commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including on sites like Redbubble, Society6, and PAOM. If you wish to use your commission for merchandise or other mediums, please contact me for permission first.

When I upload my work, I include full credit and information. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please let me know, and I will be happy to list you as such.

Do not haggle over displayed prices.

Do not trace or heavily reference my artwork.

I reserve the right to decline commissions if the subject matter or content makes me uncomfortable. The "Do's and Don'ts" section provides a list of acceptable content.

Alterations

Alterations refer to changes made after I have sketched the poses or scene. For instance, requesting a pose change after the image has been lined and previously approved. This also includes deciding on changes that were not mentioned at the start of the commission.
I allow up to three free edits on WIP sketches or coloration adjustments. Final pieces will only be edited if I have misinterpreted the provided description or made a personal error.

Once I have begun lining an image, the commissioner cannot request changes to the character or overall content.

REFUNDS

I offer refunds if I am unable to complete a piece or if I cannot make the necessary changes requested by the client to finalize it.

In cases where I am experiencing health issues, I may issue refunds if I feel I cannot complete the commission.

If the commission is halfway completed—meaning it has passed the sketching phase or includes color work—I will issue a 50% refund since time and effort have already been invested. However, if the commission is still in the early sketching phase and the client is dissatisfied, I will offer a full refund.

No refunds will be issued once the piece is fully completed.

Adopt / custom rules

Once purchased, you are free to use the adoptable as you wish. Edits to the design are allowed, as long as they do not alter the character beyond recognition. If significant changes are made, please note them on the character page or elsewhere.Slurs (racist, transphobic, homophobic, etc.) and any form of hate speech are strictly prohibited in association with the designs.Designs are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.Designs may not be turned into a "closed species" or used to sell duplicates.Crediting is required.
